The Collector produces the several log files: Event, Error, and Debug.
The Event Log provides a chronology of Collector events: collections, outputs, data purges, and errors.
The other two log files, Error and Debug, provide information for ZyrOSS Technical Support in the event of a problem. Be prepared to provide any information in these files if you must contact Technical Support.
All three files are maintained in the Logs folder in the Collector directory structure. You can also view the contents of these files by clicking Logs in the Main Navigation Menu and then clicking the appropriate file on the "View Log Files" page.
